One of the greatest strengths of Memoright’s HTM LF-25 its long life span. It is a MLC NAND Flash SATA II solid state drive that could withstand 
up to 20,000 cycles of erasures. It also has a data retention of up to ten years.
The drive is available in 250 and 500 GB variants. Maximum sequential read speed is listed at 220 MB/s while the maximum write speed is at 209 MB/s. Maximum IOPS numbers are 29,000 and 12,000 for read and write respectively.
