The GMonster-V4S SSD from Photofast is a SATA II drive with a form factor of 2.5 inches. It has a SDRAM buffer of 64 MB and is available in 
three capacities namely 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB. Its maximum sequential read speed is 270 MB/s while its maximum sequential write speed is 190 MB/s. The GMonster-V4S is powered by an Indilinx controller.
The GMonster -V4S follows an industrial grade standard design. Its endurance is ensured by static and dynamic wear-leveling techniques. It also supports dynamic power management and SMART (Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology). It can run on Windows 2000/XP/Vista computers as well as on Linux and Macintosh machines. Data retention is more than five years if kept in a temperature of more than 25 degree celsius. Its Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) is 2,500,000 hours.
