The GMonster Quad Drive is a SATA II solid state drive with a maximum sequential read and write speed of 250 MB/s and 170 MB/s respectively. 
The drive is available at three capacities namely 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB. The drives name comes from the fact that it has four internal drives inside it that allows parallel data operation to each unit. The GMonster Quad Drive SSD is the first solid state drive that is functioned in RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 5, RAID 10 and JBOD.
Data reliability for this drive is up to 24 9-bit Symbols per 512 byte sector and has a data retention of up to ten years. Mean Time Between Failure is around 1,000,000 hours. The drive can withstand shocks as strong as 1500 G and vibrations peaking at 20 G.
