The DuraDrive AT3 is Super Talent’s gladiator in the industrial SSD arena. It was built to withstand harsh environments wi
th an extra high tolerance for shock and abnormal temperatures. This NAND Flash drive can reach sequential read speed of 250 MB/s and sequential write speed of 170 MB/s while boasting an access time of 100 microseconds. The DuraDrive AT3 also contains a 128 MB DRAM cache.
Reliability is maintained by the drive via several features namely, ECC/EDC support, bad bit management firmware and patented wear leveling technology. Aside from these, the DuraDrive AT3 also supports TRIM commands as well as S.M.A.R.T. The drive warranty is 2 years and has a Mean Time Between Failure of 2,000,000 hours. Featuring the industry standard 2.5-inch form factor and SATA II interface, the DuraDrive AT3 is fully interchangeable with conventional 2.5-inch SATA hard drives. The DuraDrive SSD is geared specifically for applications that require high shock, vibration and/or reliability.
