The Z-Drive R3 is, logically, the successor to the Z-Drive R2; a PCI-Express 2.0 x8 based SSD in half-height form factor. It has four internal SATA controllers and and on-board RAID controller that delivers sequential read and write speeds of up to 1GB/s and 970MB/s respectively. Sustained write speed is specified at 900MB/s. Random writes (4K aligned) IOPS is up to 135,000.
Like its predecessor, the Z-Drive R3 is an enterprise-class drive and is available in three different capacities: 300GB, 600GB and 1.2TB. Although it utilizes MLC Flash memory, the drives come with a 3-year warranty and an MTBF (Mean Time Before Failure) rating of 10 million hours. The drives also feature data encryption (128-bit AES compliant) and ECC recovery (Up to 24 bytes correctable per 512-byte sector).

1TB/s !!!!!
REALLY? I dont think so. Try 1 GB/sec, or specifically 1000 MB/sec.
Simon,
Thanks for notifying! The error has been corrected
Will it work on PCIe 16x slot wich works on x4?
