Memoright’s MS-701 is the highest capacity mSATA SSD at the 6 GB/s throughput range. As a SATA III drive, it is expected to have SandForce’s SF-2281 controller and it does with Micron 25nm MLC asynchronous NAND flash memory modules. The MS-701 comes in capacities of 30, 60, 120 and 240GB with a warranty of up to three years.
The maximum sequential read and write speed for the MS-701 is 550 MB/s and 500 MB/s respectively while maximum random 4k byte IOPS numbers are at 25,000 for read and 24,000 for write. Data retention for the solid state drive is up to ten years.

Reviews:
The deciding factor, to me at least, is simply that the 240GB capacity of the Memoright MS-701 is incredible and we haven’t seen performance such as this in a similar capacity just yet.
