K5 Turbo

The K5 Turbo SSD by Solidata is a 2.5″ SATA II drive with a DRAM Cache of 64 MB. It is able to reach speeds (sequential) of 260 MB/s for read and 210 MB/s for write. It comes in three capacities, 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB, all of which supporting TRIM commands, SMART and TRIM. The K5 Turbo is constructed using Single Layer Cell (SLC) which means it has a longer lifespan than Multi-layer Cell (MLC) drives. The drive has a Mean Time Between Failure of 2,000,000 hours and a warranty of two years.
