Extreme E20

Silicon Power’s Extreme E20 series of SSDs are capable of reaching a maximum sequential read speed of 250 MB/s and a sequential write speed of 230 MB/s. The drive is available in capacities of 32 GB, 64 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB. The DRAM Cache present inside the Extreme E20 enables the drive to combat excessive lags.

The Extreme E20 is a SATA II drive that supports TRIM commands that is known to boost write performance. The solid state drive’s health is monitored using S.M.A.R.T. technology. Data reliability is ensured through ECC and lifespan of the drive is extended via wear leveling. The Extreme E20 comes with a three-year limited warranty.

The drive is tested to endure 10,000 times of plug-ins and pull outs. The external case of the drive can protect the components inside against a force of up to 1500G. It can also withstand vibrations of 15G peak-to-peak.
