The Deneva C Series of Solid State Drives constitutes four variants with raw capacities namely 64 GB, 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB. The drives are 
controlled by SandForce’s SF-1222 controller and have a maximum sequential read/write speeds of 285 MB/s and 275 MB/s respectively. IOPS numbers for random read (4k) is 15,000 and for random write is 50,000. OCZ’s Deneva C Series comes in three form factors: 3.5″ MLC, 2.5″ SLC and 2.5″ MLC.
Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology (SMART) is supported as well as TRIM (as long as OS supports it). This asynchronous drive can recover up to one NAND flash block with a UBER of 10-16. The drive comes with a three year warranty and dedicated FAE/FSE support. The Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) for the Deneva C Series SSD is 2,000,000 hours.
