RealSSD C300
Micron’s Crucial RealSSD C300 was early on the market with support for SATA 3, thus gaining a huge advantage over the competition with higher transfer speeds (when allowed by the interface). It was initially launched in 128GB and 256GB capacities and a 64GB version was added later, with somewhat slower sequential write speeds.
The C300 uses 34nm NAND flash modules and offers sequential read speeds of up to 355MB/s and (all models) write speeds up to 215MB/s for the 256GB model, 140MB/s for the 128GB model and 75MB/s for the 64GB model. 355MB/s can only be achieved by running the drives over the SATA 3 interface. Using SATA 2, the drives have a maximum read rate of 265MB/s.

Reviews:
You can’t argue with sequential read and write speeds of up to 355 MB/s and 215 MB/s in a consumer based SSD. This is how SSDs should perform and we can’t wait to see more SATA 6 Gb/s drives come on the market down the road
.
In conclusion, Micron deserves credit for bringing SATA 6Gb/s support to Solid State Drive products. The Crucial RealSSD-C300 is the first to offer ONFI 2.1 synchronous NAND flash, and makes good on delivering 355/215 MBps bandwidth performance.
